I paid for 3 people, only left 2 towels and every day needed to ask for additional, first day one towel was dirty.

Had a great one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part was the breakfast. The food was great! I would stay again just for the breakfast. (Huevos rancheros, gorditas, and other great stuff)

The Rio was great for what my friend and I needed for our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke both English and Spanish. Was a very quick check-in and check-out process.
We didn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast as we wanted to eat in the city. But the late wake ups and having housekeeping come back after we left the room made the stay feel much warmer.
My only true complaint about the stay, was the shower curtain was not long enough for the bath tub. This caused the washroom floor to get wet and we had to clean it after all finished showering.
In all I would recommend this hotel to other travelers

Great service. Business hotel was advertised, except many children overrunning the hotel until midnight. Great, except need a high tolerance for kids. Location isolated in burbs.
