The hotel seemed like it was under some sort of construction. The floors were all torn up and the carpet in the hall was starting mg to lift up. Room was big and comfortable. Not a bad hotel just wasn’t expecting the construction with the pictures posted online

The customer service is always outstanding. The only flaw is that entryway floor is unfinished. Everything else was topnotch. Clean, comfortable and I always feel safe as a woman traveling alone

Apparently it is being renovated. Concrete flooring at entry with partial carpet. My room smelled like mold n there was a loud floor fan in my room A/C wasnt working properly n was SUPER loud. Was not made aware of breakfast so missed it check in was quick n efficient

Front desk attendant was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful!!

Lobby was a wreck being held together by literal duct tape. Rooms were not clean, shower and bathroom looked untouched. No towels, sheets had stains and the room design made no sense. Absolutely way over priced for what it is. The only positive is location close to casino where the concert was held. It should not be over $60 a night stay let alone over $200 which is what it was.

The hotel was okay but they need to upgrade their carpet in the hallway it smelled musty and the room I stayed in the security lock would not work it was broken. Overall the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful.

I have such mixed feelings about this hotel. First, the staff was super nice, the location is great for casino or Durant visit (but nothing else is around there), the beds and pillows were comfy, air conditioner was cold and the rooms were huge. Really big. It is pet friendly. A ton of channels on the tv. It was the cheapest price in the area. BUT, the place is run-down and needs a good scrubbing. It looks like it is not being taken care of. It's fancy enough to have a tv in the bathroom but the shower needs to be remodeled. So strange to me. To be honest, I don't think they have enough staff to run the hotel AND keep it clean. If you have someone above you will hear every footstep and every noise outside your door (and it is hard to sleep through.) The parking lot is tiny but there is a fire pit and BBQ area. No pool. It certainly served its purpose, and I would return if the price is cheap but knowing it is a hotel in need of a serious facelift.

Smell of marijuana in the hallways. Flooring in common areas looks to be being replaced, but apparently not anytime soon. AC wasn’t on in our room when we got there, but cooled off quickly. Still ok, and very close to the casino.

Once the renovation is completed it will be more aesthetically pleasing. Great rate, appeared clean and the staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was better than most; it wasn't just bagels, toast, etc. It is one of the few offered I consider a real breakfast. We did not utilize any of the amenities but it appeared they had many.

Nice rooms at reasonable prices. Friendly staff, close access to the Casino. EXCELLENT WATER PRESSURE FOR THE SHOWER. Overall, would recommend, and return.

Poor condition of hotel property, starting with foyer. Initially, elevator was not working. Shower in room had constant drip. When we arrived, carpeted hallway was dirty. Disappointing, especially for the price point.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that we have stayed here rooms are clean and remodeled but the elevator is still not working. The lobby still needs flooring. They offered to put us in the first floor because of the elevators not working but it was a downgrade on the room so we decided to just walk up the stairs 3 flights. If the elevators were working this review would have gotten top all fives...
