My bestie and I stayed here for the Dwight Yoakum concert and it was perfect. Beautiful comfortable room, very clean, the venue was perfect for concerts, Guys fieri's restaurant had the BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD!! We only stayed one night . I could have stat forever.

When I made my reservation I put pay at property. At 7:45 the morning of the property ran my credit card (which had been compromised) and of course was declined. I had to get a new card. When I got to the property they had canceled my reservation and said that Expedia had canceled it. I called hotels.com they said they did not cancel that it showed to be standing reservation. After speaking to the property manager again he then admitted they canceled it. I said so you lied earlier not wanting to take responsibility. He said no just a misunderstanding. Too me a lie is a lie not a misunderstanding. They honored Thursday night and Friday night but wanted me to pay much more than original agreed upon amount for Saturday night. Turns out they had a concert Saturday night and wanted the full price. Will not ever stay at this hotel again simply because of dishonesty. If you choose pay at property that should be honored. I had even called two days prior to my stay cause I had a couple of questions and ask if I could go ahead and pay over the phone and they said no that I chose pay at the property so I had to wait until I got there. DISHONEST establishment.

Asked for a nice room for our anniversary trip and we received a view of a wall which was disappointing. In our room, we found trash in the waste basket and a wet toilet seat (ewwww). The second morning of our stay, housekeeping took out the previous guests trash but forgot to make our bed. Rented a cabana and there was an extra drink charge added to our bill that we had to get removed. Dinner at 1832 was great. Gambled a ton and only lost $10 in 2 days. Other than the service issues we had a wonderful trip.

My stay at Choctaw was amazing. From the moment I pulled up the valet was so knowledgeable and friendly, then we received the help with our luggage, and he provided great recommendations for us during our stay. The check in was so convenient and they even upgraded us to the 17th floor overlooking the pool. I will certainly be returning within the next month.

The hotel room was fine, we were on the 14th floor with a good view below. Passing through the smoke filled casino floor to get to the elevators was not cool and the dinning options were mainly located at the far end of the casino itself, a long, long walk. The walk, indeed, was long enough almost to need some form of ground transportation to get to the food court area, which, by the way, was also a smoke free section of the massive casino floor. My guess, having visited a number of casinos over the years, is that they have trouble hiring experienced workers, which also applies to the hotel staffing as well. Everyone seemed to be learning how to perform their tasks. Overall, a pleasant enough stay but not a great place unless you are a gambler and even then there were miles of slot machines and limited what are called "table games", cards and roulette.

Our room in the Sky Tower was fantastic! All the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. Loved the variety of restaurants and things to do. Looking foward to a return trip.

Our room in the Spa Tower was very nice and the Spa Tower is near the theater making it convenient when we went to the concert.

It was an amazing experience. The only negative is you do get ‘nickel and dimed’ a lot.
