Great place to stay in Cape May. The best amenity is the free shittle service into town. They will come pick you up when you are ready to come back as well. Friendly staff. Nice rooms.

My wife and I spent the weekend together. Overall this facility is clean and it was a nice experience. The couple of downfalls are the lack of parking spaces available and it is a mile walk away from most activities and restaurants. They do offer shuttle service. Of the 3 people working the front desk, one was excellent, the other two appeared that they would rather be somewhere else. Not mean, just disinterested.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. The staff was both friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect across from the Beach. We enjoyed using the free shuttle service to take us to activities and dinners. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A fab experience from start to finish. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Lovely little balcony which was heated. Parking was easy and bike storage was good.
Lovely touch of a bottle of wine, water and juice left in your room along with chocolates on your bed.
Bathroom was a good size as was the shower which had a good spray. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our girl’s weekend celebrating our mom’s 80th birthday. It was a beautiful October weekend so we enjoyed sitting by the pool and on the beach using the ICONA’s beach chairs. The room, service and location to the beach was amazing! We also took advantage of the shuttle service offered from 9am-9pm, which was perfect since the walk to restaurants and shopping would have been too far for our mom. The only downside was parking. The hotel’s lot doesn’t have enough spots for the amount of rooms, so when we had to drive when coming back later at night, we had to find street parking. Luckily this time of year isn’t so crowded. We loved drinking the complimentary coffee on our balcony every morning! We would definitely stay at the ICONA again!

My sister and I love staying at the ICONA Cape May. The beds are incredibly comfortable, we appreciate having the keurig, microwave oven and fridge in the room, along with some dishes and silverware. This time we brought along a toaster so we could make our own breakfast. The service is always wonderful and the people super friendly. They even allowed us to take towels and beach chairs with us to Sunset Beach for an evening picnic. We definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly plan on staying here again.

We were in Cape May for the first time on a "sister's trip"' From the moment we arrived....everything was terrific. The valet was so friendly and helpful we felt comfortable right away. The front desk clerk was so great and very informative about the area. We were thrilled with the room and when we used the shuttle we were amazed at how convenient and accessible the service was. the drivers were so friendly and very helpful with recommendations of places to go and restaurants to try.

The staff were very pleasant, informative, and went out of their way to enhance our stay. The shuttle service was terrific. The staff set up our chairs and umbrellas on the beach. A real plus. Everything was done with a smile! Our room was very clean and comfortable.
