Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Location is great, about 5 minutes from the cathedral.

First thing first the staff was very nice the lady i talked to was so polite.my review and grievance is for Travelocity and over booking skip Travelocity call call the hotel your self its easier than having to deal with over booking never again Travelocity worst experience ever..

I ended up not staying. Hotel management called to cancel my reservation because they were already booked.

Staff was super friendly. Complimentary regional coffee and fresh local pastries in the morning. Very comfy and within walking distance of all historic attractions.

Its a pretty place, old house that was turned into a hotel.. The service is really good. I had a couple of problems with bathroom but they changed me of room very quickly. Very resourceful helping me find covid test to travel on Sunday.. the place is very well located, safe. Can't expect 5 stars but was a pleasant stay..They offer good tours to nearby areas which is something I thought it would be easy to find.. using hotels.com some days the taxes added to the basic price is a little high but other days not.. so be careful when getting the final price...very quiet at night for a good sleep.

The only two things i would upgrade would be the INTERNET SPEED, which was between 10-15 download and between 1 and 2 upload, since when we travel we work in the hotel, the other thing is to have laundry services, but besides that the people where awesome
