Washing machine issues so has to talk to host a few times who had to come to the property during our stay. Smelt like sewage.

check in was appalling. I was supposed to receive a code prior to check. I didn't receive the code so I called the property owner several times and left messages to call. My family and I sat outside waiting for the owner to return our call. We waited over 45 minutes for him to get back to me with a code to let us into the property. We had booked a certain room on the 5th floor to overlook the city instead we got a room on the 2nd floor looking into the properties below us so absolutely no view but had the noise of people in the swimming pool. We tried to connect to the Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi was not connected. It had been turned off I tried to connect so we called the owner and had spent some considerable time trying to connect. In the end he had to come over to connect it The TV in the lounge room had no antenna so therefore no signal so we couldn't watch TV in the lounge room The carpet was not vaccummed very well. When we walked in it was dirty. A bit more care in vaccumming would have made the room more inviting The bedroom was so small the blinds in the room were very private. I'm sure others could see into our room The dirt in the bathroom near the washing machine was filthy. I wore thongs in the shower as I wasn't sure that was cleaned well I was not at all comfortable in the unit as I really wondered how clean it was. The bed sheets weren't crisp In this unprecedented time my family didn't feel safe I wouldn't book this accommodation from these property managers again

a lot of things are broken. Used dishwash cloth is very disgusting. Vent in the shower is full of dust. Noise from the bath room is so loud that I can even get sleep.

The property was advertised incorrectly on Expedia. We would never have booked it if we had known it was not part of the apartment complex. There was no parking and no 24 hour service desk available. More like a b/b with no services.

Clean, quiet, close to city with convenient bus service. If you don’t want to cook next door is a small shopping centre with Woolworths, newsagent, health shop, chemist and restaurant and eateries were excellent. Very enjoyable stay.

The room itself is very nice however the furniture is NOT Luxurious as advertised. The bed is OK but not Luxurious, nor is the sofa which is also heavily stained. The two TVs I think would be better to have one much larger one. The bathroom facilities are good and also the washing/drying machine is good. The kitchen is OK but the table with the kettle & toaster on it is odd. The dining table is definitely not luxurious but is functional. So although the room is good it does not meet the meaning of "Luxurious" so was disappointing.

property was OK but information regarding access was not given out until day of arrival, as we did not have access to computer were not able to get info upon arrival went to reception who were not able to help as was private rental, info about this on booking would have been helpful, also no key for parking access so just had to make do, contacted rental office who whilst sympathetic were not able to assist most disappointing

Apartment was clean, modern and had all the facilities required including onsite parking. It had a fantastic location with shops and cafes nearby. Only slight negative, two sofas and a breakfast table that seated 4 would’ve been better as we were a group of four adults. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

In a great location. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The fridge and pantry supplies were very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Easy and secure parking. Would definitely stay again.
