We loved this little studio apartment in an excellent location. Very close to the beach with many shops and restaurants. Parked in a public lot about 5 mins walk away. 4 euros per day. we were in #6 so you pick up your keys at the main entrance one block away. They provide very clear instructions with a tutorial. The welcome gifts were very appreciated. A minor plumbing issue when we checked in that was resolved by Toni quickly. There was a little patio with 2 small chairs. And a lovely square out the front door with benches. We didn’t use the laundry at the main building but you have access. Would stay here again. Cozy apartment for 2.

The staff on site are excellent in sorting out any situation. The property is super clean, quiet and attractive. It is in a great location. We would definitely recommend this property.

This was an amazing property with wonderful staff and quaint beauty with plenty of space. It would be nice to have an elevator for international travelers who have a hard time walking up all the stairs with huge suitcases but otherwise Iwould highly recommend.

We had a great stay, the hotel was located in a quaint neighbourhood within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. We enjoyed the cozy suite, and it’s sunny patio very much!

Great location in Centro Historico close to a bunch of great restaurants.
Nice decor and very quiet. Lots of goodies (beers and snacks)
Would love a queen bed instead of 2 simple ones side by side.
Also take a room on second floor to get a balcony if you don’t mind going up the stairs with your luggages

The Casa del Patio ranks as one of the best accommodation we have stayed in.
The initial instructions were very detailed and faultless.
The location is fantastic, in a quiet and pretty side street in the old town adorned with flowers and trees. It was very close to some of the best bars and restaurants in the area.
It was also only about 5 minutes to the beach.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided drinks, snacks and cleaning products. The room was airy with two large patio doors onto the small verandah/balcony.

Well suited apartment with plenty of room for two people. Located in one of the best streets in Estepona with 100 meters to all relevant restaurants and 250 meters to the beach. Very friendly host and good communication. We will come back for another visit.

Casa del Patio is a lovely place in a lovely part of Estepona. The apartment was very nice, clean and updated with a great shower. The beds were also very comfy. It is very walkable to restaurants, shops and the seafront. Christina and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful!

Only very slight critique is that the bed is 2 singles pushed together and a little soft for our liking. But this is a minor as everything else is lovely.

Absolutely terrific stay! Spotless clean, beautiful interior and exterior decoration. Loved it. And Christine made check in a breeze and the whole staff was accommodating and welcoming.

We loved everything. The patio is so cute and typical with so much detail and Spanish style. Toni was great and also helped us and phoned the car rental where my partner left his passport and driver's licence (!!). We want to come back and stay in the penthouse with the balcony/terrace

Just a wonderful place to stay in the Center of Estepona.Very clean and beds were very comfortable.Great rain shower Also very helpful staff showed me how to work coffee machine have given this place 5 stars for everything would highly recommend
