Nice and clean hotel but the room was a bit small for a couple.

This is a perfect option for quick airport transitions. Check in was easy, and staff was attentive and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, great shower pressure and cold AC for those hot Brasil nights. The room was quite, comfortable and we got a great night sleep before continuing our travels in Brasil. The shuttle can be pre-arranged at check-in (every hour they have a shuttle starting at 4:30am). Please keep in mind the shuttle only drops you off at terminal 2, and to get to terminal 1 you can walk, but for terminal 3, you must use the airport specific shuttles.
We were very tired from a long day of travel and didn't feel like leaving for dinner. The hotel has an excellent restaurant inside where you can order a la carte, or buffet style. There were so many great healthy and delicious options on the buffet - I highly recommend.

The card to access the room almost everyday needs to be magnetized “for security reasons”, which increases the discomfort not only the passengers affected but also the checkin clerk who needs to fix it. The shuttle service only goes to airport terminal 2, so if you need to go to the other terminals (1 or 3) you need to take another bus there that runs every 15 minutes and it usually very crowded. Internet for a few days worked alright but then malfunctioned in the mornings. The person who checked it told me that I should log in every hour if I wanted to keep using it. On the positive side, housekeeping works fine and the breakfast was excellent.

Exceptionally convenient hotel for early morning flight returning to Sydney. Comfortable, spacious room with view of airport. No airport noise in the room. Excellent service providing shuttle at 2:30am and free takeaway breakfast. 100% recommendation
