Very clean! Has the best showers!!!

GREAT STAFF AND LOCATION!!!! The rooms are nice and the staff was very friendly. I wish the room had microwaves, but there are some in the lobby. I will definitely stay again!!

I didn’t like the noise coming from the room across the hall from 10:30 pm until after midnight. Kids yelling and screaming while we were trying to sleep. I went to the front desk at 11:30 to complain. The front desk person said they would call the room and tell them to be quiet but that never happened. The next morning as we were leaving the woman across the hall came out of her room with 3 children and she was a hotel employee. We complained to the manager as we were leaving. He said unfortunately he couldn’t offer any kind of discount on the room because we booked through Expedia however he would definitely take came of the situation with the employee.

Nice hotel. Stayed for overnight trip to take kids to water park. Clean, breakfast was grab and go. Room and bathroom clean. Not sure if there was construction going on or walls super thin, lots of bumping going on throughout the night. But we had toddlers who also made noise so no need to complain. Would stay again.

Like: the gentleman who checked me in was very helpful! I give him 5 stars! The breakfast was terrific with many choices 😀 The mattress was comfortable 😴 Dislike: I was sound asleep and at 11:30 I was awakened with an extremely loud television going on in the room next to me. It wasn’t just someone talking on TV. It was explosions people screaming. It was horrible. I called the front desk and the young woman said that she would call the room and come up and tell them to turn it down. She indicated that she did but nothing changed so a half an hour to 45 minutes later I called again and she said she would come up. I watched outside the door and no one ever came up. So 15 minutes later I went downstairs. This was after I called a third time, and whoever answered the phone would not speak. They just kept the phone off the hook. So after I went down, I said change me to another room. Now this has been going on for two hours already. The young woman said that there were no rooms available. I said I will go up there with you. I said come into my room so you can hear how loud this is. She did neither so I went upstairs and I’m an elderly female traveling on my own I knocked on the door twice and they finally turned the TV off. As I say, this was not just, a person talking on TV it was explosions and screaming. It was awful. I lost 4 hours of sleep And at the rate they charge this hotel is not worth it.

Ok. I'll make this opinion very succinct. If you like Spartan, sterile feel, and are a 'fan' of that dated TV series "Monk", and enjoy a vending machine breakfast then this place is for You. Yes it is Clean, but so have been many other Hotels I have stayed at with like prices. I cannot help to think that "cleanliness' although true is a Segway to profit maximization. As for me never again.

Decent place to stay when traveling. Breakfast at ok/decent.
