You cannot beat the views here. I opted for a room on the third floor and we had great views of the river. Much time was spent watching fisherman and seals!
We were very comfortable and had everything we could need for a three night stay.

It’s our second time at Chateau Riverside and always had a great time! It is indeed a home away from home. We’ll be coming back again for sure! Thank you Sunny!

Lovely site. Sunny is awesome and helpful. Beautiful view from balcony. However the worst bed I have ever slept in. Super soft. NO support.

Perfect location along the river—you can watch salmon jumping everywhere! Sunny was wonderful and very attentive.

Nicely finished place, backing up to a waterway. The owner insists on people keeping it clean (e.g., removing shoes), which is nice. The shower was a bit narrow, but worked fine. The neighboring customers were not very considerate, and so the limited noise insulation between floors and between rooms was annoying when they were talking loudly or seemingly stomping around. Very nice and thoughtful owner. Parking is within a gated area on the street side. Within walking or driving distance of numerous places to eat, shop, or visit.

The kitchen was convenient and well stocked with everything you need to cook. The communication with the management could definitely be improved. They insist on a very small window to check in and that should be upfront when booking the room. The area immediately outside the hotel complex is sketchy. Nice view and you are right on the river.

The suite we stayed in was very well presented and equipped with all that we would need for our stay. One downside was I did not realize that the queen bed in the bedroom was not a walk around bed. My husband has disabilities and found it hard to get in and out of due to no bedside table he uses to assist getting up. Luckily I am more fit and agile as I had to crawl over the end of the bed to get in and out. I would choose a different bedroom set up if I stayed again.

Fantastic experience. The property location is out of the way without being a chore. Room was a pleasant surprise, large living room and in unit sauna. Amazing river views. Sunny was very accommodating to late arrival and I will definitely be returning

What an unbelievable spot in Campbell River. Literally on top of the River. The suite was massive and very well kept. The in suite sauna was epic.
The manager was excellent. Accommodated my late check in without issue. I was here for a work trip, but I will be back in salmon season. You could *almost* fish from your deck...

It was very convenient for work location. Unfortunately it did not have a roll away bed and couch does not fold out. It was very nive and quiet. Beautiful view overlooking Campbell River

Property was very comfortable and well-appointed. Staff or management very helpful, excellent communication and accommodating (since we arrived relatively late). View from the living room was spectacular - across the Campbell River and its wildlife. Only minor complaint was the gel mattress cover and gel pillows - for us, rather soft and rather too warm - others might find them comfortable. Everything else was great.
