The hotel is new and i really feel it has alot of potential. I actually like the rooms, the location, amenities. But BUT it can really improve in these areas
1. There were people cutting tiles next to our window so that woke us up
2. The housekeepers wouldnt place the toilet paper and towels in the right place
3. The wifi does not reach the bed area of the suite
4. They placed us in a suite directly behind the elevator so whenever the elevator goes up and down it would make a noise . DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 401 and 501 these are the rooms back to back with the elevator
If they cab address these issues i would really give it a 5/5

However, I would suggest to put some patio furnitures by the pool area instead of just a bench, this will make the users more comfortable and accommodating.

We stayed for 2 nights. Overall excellent but WiFi could be better, signal is lost too often. Room is not soundproof (4th floor) so you may hear others. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

Nice hotel and surrounding area, lots of places to eat around the neighborhood. Buffet breakfast is very good, selection changes everyday. Very constricted bathroom specially shower area is a bit hard to access specially for senior guest or anyone with knee problems. Otherwise all’s good.

The only negative i can say about the property is that the restaurants exhaust fan was below our room and if you opened a window or balcony door you could sometimes get a smell of fish or other food they were preparing.

This is a brand new hotel and very nice. Room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom had a nice full vanity countertop where you could put things. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent and room had a beautiful view.

Staff were accommodating with special mention to Mar from reception who was extra helpful.
Bed was comfy and parking is included with the booking. Food was good enough to fill the tummy.

Awesome hotel, excellent breakfast and dinner, great bar, east underground parking, comfortable well appointed rooms. Great staff. Will be back soon.

The hotel is must go to stay at Baguio.
The rooms are clean, beds are big , staffs are very accommodating. They also have a sumptous breakfast buffet and its located near baguios tourist spots. 100/10
