The room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom needed a bit of attention as the shower head didn’t really fit the holder and kept flipping downwards. The shower tray didn’t seem to drain very well and the whole unit could do with being updated. Otherwise it was good. The staff were friendly and the breakfast adequate.

We initially had problems finding it due to our Satnav but it's so well located near Carrefour and the main road to the walled city. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is good and the price too. Especially that close to Carcassonne with own parking. Just the beds are too hard, the floor might almost be more comfortable.

It was okay. We got two rooms and one had a little kitchenette. It has security at night, you just call and they open the gate. It’s very close to shops.

Needed a quick stop on a long trip and took this hotel as easy to find and park, plus it was well priced. It’s out of town completely so don’t expect any views of the castle. I arrived late and the host was really welcoming, was happy to make me some food which was delicious. Very friendly clean and comfortable

This hotel is situated out of Carcassonne but represents excellent value for money. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional and again great value. I would stay again.

The hotel is on the rocarde ( ring road) but access is from the back of the hotel and route is confusing we went into a car dealership and Aldi car park before we found the hotel car park. There was no restaurant and you had a long walk to get to the mall with restaurants though it could be seen just across the road. The WiFi was unusable it was not secure and kept dropping out and you had to give a lot of personal data to access it.
