The hotel and staff are amazing. Amazing views from sea front side. Good breakfast selection. Great beach bar across the road. The only issue is that the glass on the sea front side is very thin, you can hear all the traffic etc. They say they double glazed it etc, but, they did not. Also the blinds don't fully cover the windows, so gaps of light come through. I would stay again though, everything else was 👌

Wonderful hotel! Super friendly and accomodating staff! Booked the king room with ocean view and it was fantastic, albeit a little noisy because of the main drag strip and all the random festivities, but worth the view. Its situated right in front of the main beach break for surfing(best oct-jan). Also has lots of amenities nearby within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was really good and so is the in-house restaurant. Rooftop pool was nice, lobby does free tea/coffee/snacks in the afternoon. The gym could use a bit more stuff but thats minor. Also the water never got hot enough to my liking for a good soak in the bath tub, but im nitpicking here. All in all, one of the best hotel stays ive ever had.

I stayed there solo 5D4N, excellent international buffet breakfast to start your day, 5min walk to night market, stayed in sea view room and greeted by the beach sunrise everyday. Highly recommended

This hotel is quite nice and very convenient. Staff are friendly and carrying smiling faces. But it is only a small hotel. We woukd like to visit Vietnam in the future again. Vietnamese peole are quite nice but we need to be aware of petty things such as no pricing, driver asked for tips, poor public transportation. Overall, good value for mobey to travel to Vietnam.

Hai An Beach Hotel is directly connected to My Khe Beach. From the oceanfront rooms, you can see a beautiful view of the sunrise. The breakfast buffet was excellent in both variety and quality, and we enjoyed it throughout our six-night stay. The only disappointment was the kitchen facilities. We chose a one-bedroom apartment (beachfront) with a kitchen. However, despite the full kitchen, there was no cutting board, knives, cutlery, microwave, etc., and our requests were not met. I have stayed in many rooms with kitchens, but this was the first time I had such an experience. Although the room had a kitchen, we decided to ask for room service from the hotel restaurant. At first, the food was served all at once, so we ended up eating cold food (there is no microwave, so we cannot reheat it), so we asked staff Alice to deliver the food every 30 minutes. She readily agreed, and we were able to eat hot and delicious food. It is definitely thanks to her that our stay was so good. Thank you again, Alice.

Located in good area however the noise was the let down as there was music every night n windows are not sound proof. If you are a light sleeper this hotel and those on the same road is not for you.

Shower booth overflooded all the time. Because a window was not closed perfectly because of the construction problem, noisy and incovinient.

Numerous taxis and grabs park right out front, they seem honest and cheap. It can be difficult to walk around some areas due to broken footpaths and motorbikes parked just anywhere. There is a night walking street that can be easily reached on foot just neat the hotel.
