Poor Communication the sign on the bathroom mirror said the room would be cleaned every other day. Our stay was 5 days no one cleaned the room and I asked for it to be cleaned and She said it wouldn't be cleaned until our check out day. A Housekeeper told me it's cleaned every day but sometimes the paper work gets messed up. I am very disappointed in not having a clean room. The breakfast was good and the server was excellent.

very comfortable. Easy on off to I-26. We spent three days here and had a very enjoyable stay. Loved that the safe was large enough to store my laptop and more. Never needed the staff for anything other than check in and out, but they were always there.
The breakfast area was manned full time durring the breakfast hours. Waffles were made for you. The seating are was very large and we never had trouble finding a table for four.
My one suggestion would be to have a buffet style heated server for eggs, potatoes, and sausage/Bacon. The premade egg/sausage sandwiches were just so so. If you would make that change,the breakfast would be a 10.

I have stayed here a number of times and always have been happy until this time. Three out of the 4 mornings I stayed there was no milk at breakfast. There were not many options to eat if I couldn't have cereal but there was no milk at all for the cereal. They also did not have fruit. They claimed their delivery of food did not have everything it was supposed to but it seems like they could have gone across the street and bought some. When it became obvious it was not going to be resolved after day 2 I just bought food to eat at the grocery store. I always stay at a hotel with breakfast since it means I don't have to worry about dealing with food in the morning.

The hotel was great! Felt safe, they were prepared for us. The surrounding properties weren’t bad just didn’t feel up to par with the hotel. The water pressure could increase but it wouldn’t deter us from staying there again.

This property is fabulous! The thoughtful details like the welcome water, the pool towels and pops of color outside, the grills and outdoor lounge areas, a fantastic breakfast and well stocked vending area with ice creams and even microwave burritos! The beds are comfortable and offer different styles of pillows, including body pillows. The kitchenettes are well appointed and everything about the place makes you feel welcome. Minutes from the quirky Wet Ashley shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes to the historic heart of Charleston too! The staff is courteous and considerate - we will stay again gladly!!!!! Great experience!

Everything was great. The hotel was beautiful and our room was very comfortable. Very clean bathroom and the bed was great slept so good. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Charleston. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

What a nice surprise to have such a clean, comfortable and spacious room! And the fact that our dog is welcome has made me a repeat customer. Highly recommend the Asheville location due to its cleanliness and close to many restaurants, breweries and shopping.

Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff needs to be more polite and welcoming. Kym was the only pleasant one. Housekeeping was friendly also. Breakfast needs to have more options and self serve. Waiting in line for one person to make everyone’s waffles is time consuming.

In room 525 we saw several roaches of various sizes that live in the orange foot stool. Otherwise the room.size was great and modern and the staff were super nice.
