It’s ok but not clean cockroach all over the beds and floors

We have stated this property many times always to our satisfaction this time, however completely not satisfied . Due to we got there on Thursday night it was lovely check-in but Friday we discovered that our spa that we had did not Work we notified the property who in return said they caught and couldn't help us which was not good at all, then the washing machine didn't work the blind and only half came up Unfortunately our place that we absolutely love to go to and relax will no longer be our go to place

Nice quiet spot to stay for a few days or just 1. On the waterfront so it is nice for a long walk. Handy to everything.

Patio with a gorgeous setting directly across from the water. So peaceful. A gorgeous place to sit and watch the world go past. I would highly recommend. (We had 3 beddy place - room 61).

Qiuck and easy check in. The resort is in a vry quiet area. The parking is very secure. Comfortable bed. Only stayed one night. Did not have an opportunity to use the recreational facilities.

Week priced, convenient cabins and bungalows in the heart of Batemans Bay. Walking distance to the beach, clubs and cafes. Friendly staff and plenty of activities for the kids (mini golf, tennis, bikes, etc).

Location was great but didn’t appreciate paying extra for an upgrade. The resort called it an upgrade and was surprised we paid more.Wotif called it an increase in the rate of the room. - despite a discussion on the extra $42 Either way, the room was very old and facilities older. The couch was filthy to the point of not sitting on it -on State of Origin night, this was not appreciated. Aircon was very noisy and shook the whole villa every time it shut on and off and setting was not changeable
