Casa de Olas 2 is a 8 bedroom luxury ocean-view home located in Las Conchas, just steps from the beach. Home is newly built and allows you and your guests to have an extraordinary experience with both the ocean and the fun and convenience of a private pool! Great views of the ocean and the estuary from the backyard terrace. The pool area has an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and counters, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. A perfect place for a stellar vacation! The Space:
The living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens are very large and open. The living rooms have a queen futon for extra guests. There are two dining areas and kitchens. The kitchens are fully equipped and include a dishwasher and most small appliances including a coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster, garbage disposal, and a large breakfast bar that also doubles as a prep area. The master suites have a king-size bed and have access to an ocean-view patio. The second bedrooms are a suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms on both sides of the property have a queen-sized bed and share a jack-and-jill bathrooms.
Other amenities include a large poolside patio with furniture, a propane grill, 2 two-car garages, WiFi (wireless Internet), quick access to the beach, and linens. and towels are provided. The owner requests no smoking inside and yes for small pets (upon approval along with a pet fee). Sheet linens and bath towels are provided.

Guest Access:
You will enter both the East and West houses from the main street doors, once inside you will be able to open the garages from within the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Las Conchas is a 24/7 Patrolled Community. The community has a small convenience store near the main entrance, you can find beach access along the entire community along with the super easy access this house has crossing the road. The community is mainly made up of neighbors and its a very calm quit place to relax.

Getting Around:
The Malecon ( Old Port) is 11 km from the house. You can drive your vehicle or call a cab ( You can call the guard shark and request a service) ATVs and other off-road vehicles are allowed HOWEVER these are not allowed on the beach for any reason.
