Escape to our newly renovated holiday home with garden in the heart of the traditional seaside town of Broadstairs! Perfect for families, couples and friends. This property spans three floors with 4 good sized bedrooms sleeping 8 (one is a sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms (one ensuite) and offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with all the amenities you need.
Broadstairs: Coastal Charm and Timeless Elegance
Nestled along the captivating coastline of the Isle of Thanet, Broadstairs is a seaside gem that effortlessly blends historical charm with modern allure. Famous for its golden sandy beaches, quaint winding streets, and vibrant local culture, this picturesque town has been a beloved retreat for centuries.
This large fully renovated property will provide everything you need for a relaxing stay in the seaside town of Broadstairs.
The ground floor boasts a bright and airy open-plan living area, with comfy sofas, a smart TV, and a dining table seating 8. The modern kitchen, has been designed with a chef in mind with plenty of work top space and centre island, and is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you could need. Just off the kitchen is a convenient utility room with a washing machine and microwave. Large bi-fold doors open up to a lovely paved garden with an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. The garden also provides a metal rack to be used for disposable BBQs.
Large opening doors seamlessly connect the main living area to a second living area / snug / 4th bedroom - this inviting space features a corner sofa that coverts into a sofa bed sleeping up to 2 guests (Please let us know if you require the sofa bed making up at the time of booking.), and a smart TV. Also on the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
On the first floor, there is a charming twin bedroom, perfect for children or friends. Adjacent to it is a cosy double bedroom with ample storage space. This floor also includes a full bathroom with bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin. Additionally, there is a study room with desk and a travel cot, providing extra convenience for families traveling with young children.
The top floor houses the master bedroom, a spacious and serene retreat featuring an ensuite shower room. Each bedroom in the property is thoughtfully designed with hanging and storage space, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Parking is on street and unrestricted and guests are welcome to park 1 vehicle across the double garage located at the rear of the property in St Mildreds Road.
The overall feel of the property is both modern and cosy, with stylish furnishings and contemporary decor creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Just a short 10 minute stroll away (half a mile) is the beautiful golden sands of Viking Bay and Broadstairs High Street with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.
Broadstairs train station is approx 0.4 miles away and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station
National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.
Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.
