Primary Living Space: Features living room, open concept gourmet kitchen, beachfront lanai, primary bedroom and bathroom, study and patio, two queen guest bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and walk in-showers. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk in shower, and soaking tub. It also features access through a spiral staircase to a sitting room/study with sweeping beach views.

Features a queen guest bedroom and a convertible office/guest room, with a shared bathroom with walk in shower. Office/guest room features a trundle bed with two twin mattresses and works well as an office or bedroom (or both), depending on a given guest's needs.

***Repair Disclosure- 4273 West Gulf Drive is still undergoing exterior repairs, most notably repairs to the pool area, associated with Hurricane Ian damage. As of 5/22/24, the pool has been filled and is clean but is not usable. Access to the pool and pool deck will be restricted until repairs to the pool are completed. A fence will be erected that will prevent guests from entering this area but still allow them direct access through a walkway to the beach behind the home. Please inquire with us regarding repair progress if you would like to reserve this home for 2024. The home has been fully repaired, but guests should be advised that during their potential stay there may be work on the pool occurring during weekdays. The price will be discounted accordingly to account for these potential inconveniences. For guests that prefer to use the Gulf of Mexico as a pool, 4273 West Gulf Drive is an excellent choice for a 2024 vacation. The pool should be fully usable and repaired for any 2025 reservations***
