◇Other Things to Note◇

**Identity Verification, Security Deposit, and Rental Agreement**

For the safety and protection of both our guests and property, all bookings require the completion of an identity verification, setting up a security deposit, and signing a rental agreement.

Requirements:

✔ Guests must be 21+ to book.

✔ Identity Verification: You’ll receive an email from Unlock Stays to complete a secure identity verification process through our third-party provider, ChargeAutomation (Know Your Guest Inc.). This must be completed prior to check-in.

✔ Security Deposit: A $150 security deposit hold will be placed on your card 2 days before check-in and released within 3 days post-departure, provided there are no damages or losses.

✔ Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.

Once these steps are completed, you will have access to your personalized portal and guidebook. This guidebook provides essential information, including parking instructions, amenities, local recommendations, and more. You’ll also have the option to request early or late check-in through the portal.

Please note that failure to complete these steps may result in the cancellation of your booking.

** No disruptive gatherings or parties permitted. Unauthorized gatherings will result in automatic cancellation without a refund and forfeiture of the security deposit. (Please inquire first if you would like visitors during your stay.)

◇PET RULES◇

Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $85 per dog, per stay.
Maximum of 1 dog (up to 25 pounds) per stay. Must crate your dog when you are away.

**Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST.

**Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional fees. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $200 fee.

**Home security includes entry sensors and a front door camera. Tampering with these devices will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay.
