Beautiful apartment and great location for what we had planned. Will definitely book again when we come up.

I didn't receive the promised WhatsApp message with cide to get keys. The staff at the apartment block called the agent for me who advised they had forgotten to send the info.

Ordered a room a bit at the last minute, but even then, the price and the room location we got exceeded our expectations. Instructions from the staff were very clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, and the building was quiet and felt safe to stay in.

Lovely apartment in a very good location. Good communication with the owner who kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Location for Wembley Stadium and surrounding area could not be better. Communication with hosts via WhatsApp was very easy. Apartments were a good size and quiet. I would stay here again.

We had a few issues on arrival. Firstly, the keys to one of our two apartments were not in the lockbox as they should have been resulting in a 30 minute delay to access the property (in the rain). Second one of our two apartments had not been serviced and clean bed linen was delayed. Finally, there was no toilet paper in one of our apartments - luckily we were able to steal some from our other apartment or we might have had issues. The first two issues were resolved by the host who was very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp, but it was slightly frustrating nevertheless.

It was a 5 minute walk to the area and shops, everything in the room seemed very new and clean. More than enough space with perfect facilities.

There was no kettle in the room, had to make my cup of tea with a pot on the stove :(
