Very Bad Food, we both got sick from it. Spend 2 days in the bathroom. Cold and undercooked eggs at the breakfast. Very rude staf at the reception, arrogant and not willing to help you. There a just 2 elevators working for all those floors. you will have to wait very long time to get down of up. Far away from other restaurant, supermarkets or other facilities. Cleaners just walk in the room while you are asleep. Very Bad, not 4 star rating hotel! More like 2 stars. Not a hotel for couples or friends.

Loved the disco in the basement, the super entertainment in the main bar in the evening and of course all the lovely staff at this wonderful hotel.

Had to chsnge room on arrival as there were bedbugs on the bed, new room wasnt cleaned properly had to get the cleamers to clean the room twice beofre it was actually cleaned to a normal standard. Hotel is dateed and tired, staff were friendly and helpful.

At best it is a 3-star hotel, Room size and cleanliness are acceptable. The biggest letdown is the services that they can offer as standard, and it comes down to a single table tennis table for which you can obtain rackets by paying a deposit. Otherwise, everything else is extra and it does not matter if it is all-inclusive or not. I think the Thallaso bit is oversold or missold at best on the actual Expedia page, as it is not included and it is not worth 35£ for 2 hrs. Some of the council-run leisure centers have better facilities and they need to reconsider the decision on charging for that section of the stay. The heated Pool at the 9th floor is really small and it is again a paid facility, I really struggle to understand the rating on Expedia and it is worth reconsidering.

We had a fabulous time at Gloria Palace in Gran Canaria! The hotel was beautiful, and our family room was amazing with an ocean view! All the pools were great, the spa was relaxing and breathtaking, and all the staff were so helpful and nice!

Had a wonderful stay at Gloria Palace San Augustin. We were staying on an all inclusive package which was incredibly good value for money. The food was great quality with so much choice. The hotel itself has great facilities and the staff are lovely and very helpful. The spa was a real highlight.

Overall good, but the sunterrace needs reshaping. To many guests and to few sunbeds and specialy to few sunumbrellas. Also a probelem that people early in the morning marks the sunbeds and expect to use them later in the day.

Ideal for families as there is a lot of entertainment/activities for the children. Parking at the hotel itself is near impossible so we parked off the main road throughout our stay.
