Loved our stay at the Caribbean House. Breakfast was a little disappointing but that is not why we booked the place. Internet was weak but good cellular connection. Excellent location to all points of interest within walking distance. Recommend!

The room was on the small side but perfectly comfortable. Really good breakfast and great service. I would prefer to see a little bit of less of plastic. Overall great stay

This was a spur of the moment rental for a quick weekend in Key West. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The room was very small but it had everything we needed. The place was decorated really cute and had nice seating outside the room as well as another area where the coffee was. Breakfast was included and it was very good. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The location is great because it is in walking distance to everything. I recommend this and will surely stay here again.

Dirty, smelly, weird to access room. People who work here are incredibly rude and possibly racist. If you are a solo female traveler I highly suggest you go elsewhere.

Everything from check in to check out was wonderful, the emeneties was great. Front desk manager was very welcoming, will definitely book again.

The breakfast they offered had a lot to be desired. They wanted to charge $25.00 to park on the property. I was on the first floor and the second night I was there at 6:30 am they decided to renovate rooms on the second floor for 2 hours all I could hear was furniture being dragged across the floor.

Absolutely love this place! Nice people! Polite and helpful staff. Room are smaller than somewhere else, but, who cares, if you are there only to take the shower and spend the night. We didn’t come back all day long, because it’s the Ket West!!!

Very nice place to stay for a weekend, the rooms are small and tight so hopefully you are not overweight. LOL. Clean facility. No pool. Very close to everything on Duval Street.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B for our anniversary. Everyone was beyond helpful and friendly. Now that we have been to the Caribbean House, I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Key West.

Great place, close to Duval St and many of the tourist sites. The room was comfortable, but be advised the Cuba room is small. The staff were courteous and friendly. The parking spot was fine for my subcompact car and with the hotel being in the middle of things I didn’t have to drive during our stay. A real plus! I would not hesitate to stay again.

It’s all about location for this property.
I wasn’t impressed, I’m not sure why it has high reviews, it’s the reason why I booked. I would say below average if you’re use to staying somewhere really nice.
