Each room is equipped with a smart TV, and the main living area boasts a 70-inch 4K HDR TV. There's also a 60-inch HD Smart TV on the spacious deck TV Not Pictured). For gaming enthusiasts, we provide an Xbox Series X (please bring your own Game Pass login).

Our 11 family members ages 18 - 82 enjoyed our stay. Great house & outside area for a family celebrating graduation! Wonderful! Five comfortable beds, large well appointed kitchen & plentiful indoor/ outdoor seating. Very convenient location for our needs.

The house was close to all the downtown places, with a lot of fun, easy things for kids and families to do in the spare hours. There is a very large group room for kitchen, dining table TV and a table hockey as well. Outside our family enjoyed the volleyball and the porch seating that overlooked the back yard, The hot tub was clean and easy to use and cover. We had a great time in the house.

Outstanding is the first word that comes to mind!!! The property is just as pictured on the app!! It was very clean, very modern with many conveniences, very roomy, very fun, and very centrally located!!! The property management was extremely helpful a d easy to communicate with. As many said, the neighborhood is much older, but we never had a problem and it was so centrally located with easy access to the interstates!! We sat/played out in the backyard and hot tub a lot!’ There was room for everybody to spread out and have their own rooms and bathrooms!! The decor was beautiful, with the biggest ceiling fan I have ever seen!! Kitchen and coffee bar was well stocked-and I totally appreciate all the shelf/cubbies in the family room!! I highly recommend this property!! We loved it❣️❣️

Flew in 8 of my friends for the weekend to show them SA and celebrate my 30th birthday. As other reviews state, the neighborhood can be deceiving but we had no issues at all! The house was big and there was a lot of room to hang out. The backyard and hot tub are amazing. We were about 10 minutes from the riverwalk and pearl area. Will definitely be staying there again for girls trips!

Went with family to celebrate the youngest in the fams 21st birthday. Was a little worried about the neighborhood and surrounding property but all in all felt very safe inside. Location was so close to everything, making Ubers cheap and even trips in the rental car quick and easy. Definitely would come back with even more people and utilize all the amenities. Perfect place for a huge group and good for even cooking some of the meals in house versus eating out every meal per usual on vacations. Owners were also so quick with responses. Never felt like a hassle! Loved my time there! Beds and couches were so comfy!

We had a great time in San Antonio and the house worked perfectly for us. Just a little out of downtown the location made for easy adventures into town and beyond. The house was set-up perfectly for our group of 8 but could have easily held more. The backyard was as advertised and allowed for some fun when not exploring the city. Neighborhood is still in transition but didn’t feel unsafe. Overall a great place to stay.

Had a great week celebrating retirements! House was fantastic! Everything was clean and very well stocked. Lots of space. Host was very responsive. Hot tub worked very well. As mentioned in previous reviews neighborhood may look questionable but as an all female group we never felt unsafe and would stay here again.

We had a group of 14 staying here and we all fit very comfortably. The large kitchen and open concept home worked well for us. The neighborhood appeared sketchy, but we had absolutely no issues and the neighbors we did encounter were kind and helpful. The house was extremely close to downtown San Antonio which worked great for us as it was HOT (102+) during our entire trip. We were able to easily come back, cool down and head out again. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. Everyone had a bedroom and their on bathroom. The location to everything we visited was spot on. We had no issues with the neighborhood or neighbors. I had contact with the managing company with an issue that was addressed in less than one hour. They were very accessible. I would and will stay here again. We have never been to San Antonio but want to come back. This house and location was perfect!

We all had a great time at this property! It was spacious clean and had all the amenities we would ever need. The kids and adults loved all the activities in the backyard. It was in a location close to everything. People talk about the neighborhood but we didn’t even think twice about it. If we ever find ourselves back in San Antonio this is definitely where we will stay! The host answered any question we may have had very quickly. Wis we had planned to stay longer.

I hosted my sales team at this home during a trade show we were attending. The house is very comfortable and the games/outdoor space kept everyone entertained for the week.
The neighborhood is off-putting at first, but we never felt unsafe. The only negative is a bit of train noises and dogs barking at night, but the host placed white noise machines in every room. This helped tremendously.
In short, we will stay here again if we have another convention in San Antonio. It is a great property with a very accommodating host.

David was great. The house is exactly as stated the neighborhood seem to be a little sketchy at first glance but we didn’t have any issues. The coffee bar is fabulous the beds, all the additional supplies, paper towels, trash bags, extended amount of dishes not usual in a VRBO.

The house is centrally located to everything in San Antonio. Well stocked with all basics you need for your stay including soaps, detergents, paper products and coffee! Plenty games to keep the kids busy. Highly recommend!

The house was great for our needs - quiet place with comfy places to read - and the layout of the house was great. The host checked in a few times to make sure we had gotten in ok and didn't need anything, and the house was clean, renovated, and had a ton of space. Definitely enjoyed the hot tub!
It was also within 10-15 min of most downtown things and super convenient.
Thanks for the great stay for our book club's reading retreat!!

Stayed here for my Sister's Bachelorette Getaway. Driving in you can get a little underwhelmed, but the place is fantastic. Everything that we needed. Very quite neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable!!!

Our family ranging from 65 down to 4 had a wonderful time at this amazing house! There was something for everyone! The 10 year old boys called it the “gaming house” and couldn’t wait to get back to it in the evening. Would definitely recommend!

The house itself is very clean, well stocked and lots of amenities. The owner was very responsive when there was a small issue. Really liked the house.
The reviews I read also were accurate that the neighborhood looks sketchy. It for sure looks sketchy which was fine and expected.
What I struggled with were the parties with incredibly loud music until 4 am both Friday and Saturday nights and the non stop barking dogs.
If you have a large group this is a great house, but if you are a light sleeper I’d recommend choosing a different property.
