Summary:
We would love to host you at Holiday House- a charming, New England style home located 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 1 minute from downtown Weaverville. This comfy and luxurious home is made for bringing family and friends together. The 3 kind beds, covered outdoor dining area, fire pit for smore’s nights, and spacious, tree filled yard are some of our favorite features. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful - take a walk down the lane for views of the Blue Ridge Mts

The Space:
This home sits on an acre of beautiful land in the mountains of Western North Carolina. It boasts a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast nook, comfy living room, indoor and outdoor dinning and a bonus sitting room that drinks in the morning light. Additionally there is a private downstairs apartment with a separate entrance that has its own full kitchen, bathroom, living room. bedroom and porch. It's a perfect setup for groups traveling together wanting extra space and privacy.

Layout Information: the main part of the house has a main level bedroom (king sized bed) with a detached bathroom (on the same level as the living room and kitchen). There is a washer and dryer on the main level.

The upstairs has two bedrooms (with king size beds) and a detached larger bathroom.

The downstairs apartment has a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom (double bed) and porch. There is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs - you must go outside to a separate entrance to access it.

All bathrooms have a shower/tub combo.

Entertainment: There is a large Roku TV in the upstairs living room and in the private apartment living room. Wifi is the fastest service available in our area and works at high speed for 10 devices.

Parking is plentiful as there is a large gravel parking area. We have recommendations waiting for you at the house on everything from babysitting, to meal services, to in home massages!

The Neighborhood:
The house is located on a quiet, nature filled lane just 1/2 mile from downtown weaverville’s Main Street. Weaverville is a cute town in itself and has charming shops and restaurants. Groceries are 1 mile away at publix, ingles and walmart. The highway entrance to zip into downtown Asheville is just a mile away. Uber’s are easy to get at this location (just call 20-30 minutes before). Because of Asheville’s rental restrictions, this house is about as close to the city as you can get for a whole home rental.
