Excellent service and great staff. The property is restored beautifully and is a treat to stay at and admire. I highly recommend it.

We stayed there but our experience was not very good actually I am travelling all over the world comfort was good but other facilities was not up to the mark like cleanliness privacy sound was too loud around all the time

Worst hotel of the kind I have stayed at. Never been more disappointed. Firstly, the photos are fake. Many of the photos are actually from Nishat Hotel, including room photos and a photo of the pool (Faletti's has no pool). Listed services are also wrong. Secondly, the level of cleanliness was disappointing. Changed rooms after I saw stains on a pillow. The duvet cover looked and felt like it had been washed a million times. Thirdly, electricity sockets were lose and more than once I saw sparks come out of it. That is a safety hazard AND horrible for electronic devices. Fourthly, rather than listing themselves on Hotels.com, it is actually some travel agent in Islamabad who is managing this listing, and they are charging a hefty commission. The hotel management seems completely unaware of this. Finally, I stayed here for the supposed history, and all the historic figures that have stayed here "since 1880", but they should really remove that because there are no artifacts or pictures, let alone furniture or anything else. They offer no information about any of that. The hotel is also somewhat far from the more happening areas of the city. Trust me. Pretty much any of the good hotels in Lahore would be MUCH MUCH better than this, for the same price. DO NOT STAY HERE.
