Horrible experience that we had so far. Not any responsible person at the front desk after evening. They just hanged a number behind the glass door for emergency call that I called them several times but no one took the phone. The room was so hot and smelling like mold is growing because of bad ventilation and moisture. I found some beetles in the last 2 days in the bathroom but no one took the phone to come over for cleaning. There is not any phone in the room to connect to front desk and you need to use your personal phone to reach out to them. The breakfast was supposed to start and 6:30 am but everyday start with delay and first day not serving either without any notice or heads-up email. The bathroom vanity plumbing was leaking and all around the bathroom floor was wet and smelled so bad.

Wonderful and friendly staff who upgraded our room. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning.

This hotel is Jeckyll and Hyde. If you get a room on the side with the trams, it's awful (see other reviews), if you get a room on the other side, it's totally fine, 4* review, not an issue. I would recommend paying more for the better rooms and finding somewhere else if you want to spend less money.

The internet was really really bad, also we heard a lot of noise arround from the bar.

Terrible hotel . Dont ever go there . The sheets had a big stain like someone used it to clean his shoes and were torn . Toilet not clean by arrival . Door bath room very dirty . Not seen any staff . Breakfast sign , but no breakfast . Smallest King size bed ever . Floor ready to be replaced .

In Karlsruhe during the heat with 40 degrees and the special situation connected to that. No air condition and problems with the windows, not able to open windows, just a small fan to cool down that was not sufficient to get any sleep The.breakfast wasn’t something to remember- scrambled eggs was over cooked, small selection of other food. Disappointed over all.

There were only one chair in our room. Not quite sure why, as the room next door (also dblroom) had two. There were only 2 hangers and no knobs or hooks to hang anything. Not even in the bathroom. Apart from this it was a central hotel which was what we wanted and needed. The breakfast buffet was good.
