Good off road parking, check in was done via key box which was easy. Property was finished to a nice standard. Room had a homely feel and had new carpets. Very clean. Good value for money

All very minor. A clock chimed throughout the night not in the room but in the property. WiFi not the best/ phone signal was a little poor House was definitely one of the best around the area. Wouldn’t come back to kings Lynn but the property was nice.

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Excellent shower facilities. Excellent breakfast. Staff very accommodating.

A couple of minor issues, neither of which affected our stay. First, the bath was non-operational due to a "plumbing issue". Also, there was no central heating in the bedroom or the en-suite — however there was a blow heater which worked perfectly for heating the room.

It was clean, comfortable and everything you needed for a night away. Breakfast was lovely too.

The twin room on the top floor was spacious and very clean. Ample supply of tea and coffee. Bedding and towels were spotless. En-suite was also very clean. Really can't fault anything. Easy access with a gated keycode entry system. Simple instructions to follow. The owner was very friendly on our check out.

Couldn't fault anything really apart from I would have liked the option to have breakfast as we were going to a funeral early morning. I assume this option had been cancelled due to covid.

The Old Rectory is a beautiful building and the quality if the accommodation is extremely high. Everything was to make life easier for the client and the room was so comfortable as well as being a beautiful room and ensure. Breakfast excellent too. Would visit again.
