While it's comfortably furnished with many unique antique pieces, the home is also outfitted with modern comforts like WIFI, cable TV, and central air and heat.

Driveway- The shared driveway is steep yet paved. Two cars can park by the entry door, and there is a gravel parking pad off Maryland Place for one additional car.

Please Note: Due to owner allergies, this home is NOT pet-friendly. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided for your convenience. During the summer Montreat Conference Season (typically June through August) the home rents weekly, and the linens will be delivered to the home in gray laundry bags. From mid-August through May, the home has a minimum 3-night stay (4-night minimum for the holidays), and the beds will be made for your convenience.
