The apartment was very modern, spacious and comfortable. We stayed for 9 nights and there was no offer to change out linen and towels after 7 which was disappointing. Also we paid an initial deposit and when I rang the day before arrival to confirm, the receptionist asked if she could take the remaining balance from our account. I agreed but when I looked at our bank statement an extra $106.00 was taken. We queried this on arrival to be told it was a credit card charge from the bank!!! Ours was a debit card so straight out of our account. In the past we have paid an initial deposit and then the balance on arrival and have never incurred this extra charge. Very annoying. Also when talking to the lady on the phone the day before this charge was not mentioned! The actual resort is lovely and in a great position on the river but just check what you are being charged!

Great apartment, pool, location, we loved it. Note there are no lifts we struggled to get suitcases up the stairs. Also no beach towels provided- extra to hire them, apartment was already expensive so I think they should have been included.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. The apartment was recently refurbished and it had a great layout and was tastefully furnished and styled. The size allowed the three of us to enjoy the space comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and all appliances were new and good quality. We especially enjoyed the view of the river from the balcony and the location was very peaceful. It was an easy flat walk to Hastings Street or Noosaville. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately this property is very out dated, very tired and disappointing. For the money we definitely expected much more. The photos do not convey the tiredness of the rooms so was just very dissatisfied with what we got for the money. The staff were lovely and sheets were clean thank goodness.

Great location, walking distance to Hasting Street, beach and National Park. Resort had beautiful views, nice pool and kayaks for use. Highly recommend for families.

Wonderful, relaxing location and facilities. Apartment comfortable, had everything needed for a really great break away. Only issue was noise in park & restaurants next door well into the night, if unit is in this side. Not the resorts fault, however I’m not sure the noise level wouldn’t be council approved. Worth looking into as it kept us all awake. Otherwise would be perfect,

Room was great with excellent river views. Check in and out was quick and easy and staff were friendly. Although there were a lot of resort rules to follow.

Nice stay in an apartment overlooking the river. Great views of the river & sunset. Good large pool, & good location - walking distance to Hastings Street. Apartment itself - though clean - was tired & a bit old & in need of an upgrade, old style kitchen & bathroom, stained carpets in the bedroom. Could do with a makeover!

Lovely property with great views and great location. Very clean and well appointed. A happy stay.

We had a very relaxing time at Noosa Shores. The unit, where we stayed, was especially calming due to river frontage. We had the sun glisten on us every morning while we had our breakfast on the balcony. Kelly, was very accommodating and got us two pillows for our comfort. For future travellers just some tips: If you like a decent coffee brew (Melbournites that's you!!) - bring your own machine. Plunger available. Tea drinkers - bring your own quality tea (small amount of sugar provided so go shopping if desperate). I would provide instructions on -how to get local TV stations, -which remotes are for what, -advice on best restaurants and take away, etc. -A list of emergency numbers. Pillows were great but main bed needs replacing. It's very wobbly. Lastly, unit numbers could be inscribed outside each block of units where there's a blank metal sheets near the large doors outside. This will help locate the correct unit for travellers. Please do not take this as criticism but a few ideas for improvement.
