This property and its hosts are simply wonderful. The location is superb - an easy walk into the village by the river, and surrounded by Snowdonia’s fabulous walking trails. Gareth and Rana are wonderful. We felt warmly welcomed from the minute we arrived. We were helped with our bags and treated like royalty. The room was huge and very comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious, the breakfast cooked to order was the best we’ve had in 2 months of travel. Rana and Gareth have the rare gift of knowing when to stay and chat and when to give their guests some space. They have a natural way of recognising the needs of each individual traveller. We could not speak more highly of our experience here and only wish we could have stayed longer. Sarah

Good communication with hosts who had lots of tips for eating and trips out. Spacious room with great toiletries and tea and coffee. Good location for walking to Betws-y-coed in 20 mins. Would love to go back

1st time here but it won't be the last. Hosts Gareth and Rana were so welcoming and hospitable from the very start and throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. It is located in a peaceful location a short walk away from Betws-y-coed centre. We would highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you both for making our break so special.

A wonderful stay for 4 nights - the property is situated just out of the main area of Betws-y-coed which was brilliant as the town was crazy busy all the time - it was good to be able to get away. Garth and Rana are wonderful hosts - we highly recommend staying at this property if you get the chance. 5 Star Services :)

The owners were incredibly friendly and generous. We were made to feel really welcome. Lots of lovely little extras made the stay extra special in what is a gorgeous part of Wales.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices, cooked fresh to order. We came away for our wedding anniversary and this was a great base to explore parts of Snowdonia. Would definitely stay again when next in the area.

You are politely asked to wear slippers (which are supplied)throughout the property.Not a problem because you really wouldn't want to tread mud into their immaculate home. Breakfast was amazing.Plenty of choice and willing to change anything you asked for. The bedroom and bathroom are extremely clean. Everything has been well thought out to everyones needs. From the tea and coffee making facilities to the bathroom accessories.Everything is taken care of. In a very good location for traveling to the many attractions Wales has to offer. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

Lovely couple, wonderful breakfast, gorgeous surroundings. We were made to feel very welcome, but we did not anticipate the owners living at the property and thus having to remove our shoes on entering the house. We thought it was a hotel, which I guess was our mistake. The room was huge and the bed comfortable but the decor was very dated. The bathroom was carpeted which was seriously disgusting as the toilet splashed out when flushed. The shower door was made for a very thin person and I struggled to squeeze through. Great bath though! Room was very hot, even though it was not hot outside. It was very uncomfortably hot in the room, therefore we would not stay again, but there are many positives. The breakfast was divine, but didn't enjoy having to chat with owners and other guests first thing in the morning.

The property was well maintained and in a good location. We were made welcome by Gareth and Rana and it felt like a home from home. The breakfast choice was excellent with a good choice of cereal, toast and cooked options The room facilities were excellent with everything you could wish for. I would highly recommend this property.
