Janet is a great host, got some hash browns for the second breakfast which I asked for the first day, a wonderful personal touch.
Some of the room was in need of tlc but nothing too bad. The mattress was past it's best but a better second night's sleep after Janet did some magic on it.
Breakfast was lovely, plenty of cereal and a great cooked offering.

So friendly and welcoming, the service at this hotel is second to none, and the breakfast really sets you up for the day.
The hotel is within easy reach of the town and the train station. I've already booked my next stay here. If you're lucky enough to meet Zeus be prepared to fall in love.

Had such a lovely stay in this B&B with Janet and Zeus! It was our little girl's birthday and she couldn't have been made to feel more special, waking up to a card and chocolates on the breakfast table! The B&B was very clean, very comfortable, the room was big and spacious and was freshly made everyday. We couldn't recommend it more!

Although this hotel is a bit of a distance from the train station, it was worth the walk. The hotel has a homely feel and Janet, the host was very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much. The breakfast was amazing. A hidden gem..........would be hard to find another place in Blackpool for the price we paid. I definitely would stay again

We had such a lovely stay ,i have stayed at a few different bnbs in Blackpool and this was the nicest.We were greeted by a lovely friendly woman ,she said she had a dog but we wouldn't have known if she hadn't said anything. Must be very well behaved .Our room was lovely clean and warm.Plenty of room for a family and everything was lovely clean.We were very happy with our stay

Had a lovely stay. Perfect location, close to seafront and tram access. The room was homely, had everything we needed. Host was lovely, very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was gorgeous.

Janet was more tban helpful in letting me stay a extra night due to the rail strike.

The host was amazing really friendly and would do anything for u 10/10. Breakfast amazing. Bedroom fab and beds soo comfortable.
