The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. Lamp in the lounge. Bedside lamps in the bedrooms. The black out curtains and blinds need an overhaul. These are all minor things... and so easy to fix. We would not hesitate to stay again, despite these faults and hope they will be rectified soon. Also be aware, we have observed 5 arriving guests who didnt have their confirmation code. Hotels.com block your email address to Viridian. Virdian need to email you the code to get in. So most people who had a room booked by somebody else, hadn't received the confirmation code and had to call Customer Services. If you make your own booking they will immediately follow up with an email. But if someone else has booked on your behalf, that rarely gets forwarded on.

There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). The bedsheet barely fitted and pulled out very easily, so by morning you're sleeping on the mattress. The flat is also very close to the front door, so if you have the windows open at night (and you will, to let some air circulate) then you hear every arrival and departure (especially the food deliveries arriving on scooters).

The owner did not provide enough dishwashing tablets and bathing gel. They also did not provide any oil, salt or pepper so visitor need to buy everything even only stay for few days.
