Overall okay except despite being in a no smoking and unit, smell of cigarette smoking still gets in at times from the door gap. Need stricter enforcement of no smoking in hallways and staircase.

It’s was good that they provide 24 hours check in counter. The location was good too, quite near to the city centre.

Good for short stay like 1 night or 2 night but not for long stay. Room clean and comfort. But supposed to check in at 3pm, but staff said room was not ready and we came back at 4pm. Lil bit dissapointed. Staff service? No smile
