The property was as pictured and really clean. But the older lady was very unpleasent. Before we arrived at the property both her and her daughter knew I didn't speak Spanish. I arrived early to find out where the property was located. The mother let us check in early. But I had not brought with me the credit card that I made the deposit with. So that created an issue. After that was taken care of the lady seem to have an attitude with me because of our inability to communicate efficiently. The room was nice but unfortunately there was a huge crack in the glass door, the lock on the door was messed up, the cable was going in and out. And while I was washing the dishes while making dinner the sick was leaking and water getting on the floor. When they arrived the daughter told us that because everything was going wrong, we would have to leave the property that night and that they would give us a full refund. At that point it was pouring rain. She looked online and found us a place close by. Then told me that they would hold the room for 20 minutes. Both of them were standing around like I was going to trash the place. When I asked her if she was really kicking us out in the rain the daughter said "a little rain never hurt anyone and you have an umbrella". I would not recommend this property if you don't speak Spanish. The place was nice and the beach and boardwalk behind it was beatuiful. But the way they treated us (it was me and my 11 year old son) was unacceptable.

Tiffany, the property manager was super helpful and outgoing. The pool area was very nice, and having the beach and boardwalk directly behind the property, with a private access was so nice!

The property is a diamond in the rough. The home is wonderful; really enjoyed the hammock, the access to the beach and the pool was sparkling and inviting. We are so grateful for the wonderful stay, we enjoyed every moment. There is a wooden walkway and it leads to wonderful restaurants and locals enjoy the area. Owners are very helpful and will accommodate to ensure you have a wonderful time. A lot of thought was placed in decoration and appearance. Our family will visit again.

Amazing, i reserved 2 rooms, both were equally nice and comfortable. The pool was perfect, ocean waves crashing right out front, lots of places to eat and drink around hotel.

Our stay at the Beach Club was wonderful!! The room was beautifully clean, bright and newly remodeled. We had everything we needed. The owners were very kind and were there if we needed anything! We cannot wait to go back next year!!!!

Late night arrival, and a missed email made for an interesting adventure in getting in. Lovely to hear the ocean from the room. Beautiful pool. Airport close but also can hear planes take off.

We had a very lovely time at this little beach town. The beach house is charming and just a few step to a board walk The hosts are super friendly and there are a lots of good places to eat .

I stayed in the two bedroom apartment with my teenage girls. The property was a little hard to find, but the host communicated very well and even dropped me her location so I could find it. The grounds were great. Pool was right in front of our door, and the beach right behind that. We could hear the ocean waves all day and night. No one else was there for our first part of the trip, but then a family with small children showed up the last day, and there was quite a bit of noise with the kids playing in the pool. The location is very close to the airport as well, and you could hear planes flying overhead all times of the day and night. It only bothered me one night, and I had no issues the others. The location was great as well. Within walking distance to many restaurants, and a short ride to the grocery store and airport. Kitchen was pretty basic, fine for breakfast but I wouldn’t think you could make any more complicated meals. The oven was not working, but the cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker were. Plus there was a full-size refrigerator-freezer. Staff was really nice and helpful. Beach towels and bath towels were supplied. No laundry facilities and no house cleaning during the stay. A parking space was a great bonus as well. The bathroom was newly remodeled but at the expense of the kitchen, which was very small and narrow. Overall the property was great for what we were looking for.

If ur looking for a Puerto Rican feel, this is the place to stay! The owner did a great job meeting us and showing us the place. We really enjoyed it and the pool is a must. The views, and all the food places next to it is what I liked the most. I will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and picturesque. We loved the swimming pool and access to the beautiful beach very relaxing atmosphere. The only issue was the lack of room in the apartment.

Our family of 5 stayed here for a few days to unwind after a busy cruise. We loved it. The only complaint would be that the oven in our apartment was not working but we made do with the stove top. Ivan keeps up on the property daily and it is very clean and secure. His english is limited but his daughter can help with that. Although the surrounding area is poor the people are friendly. It was nice to be out of the busy tourist areas but a close drive to everything we wanted. The airport, Old San Juan and the rainforest. There are some nice beaches nearby. The farthest we went was Farjardo, about an hour. That is where the bioluminescent bay and the ferry to Flamenco Beach are.

One hiccup was a couple of unwanted cats roaming around.

Way over-priced. Cockroach in bathroom when we checked. Oven did not work. Door to our bedroom would not close. They also said I signed up for a tour which I did not--they did refund the money, but it was a ploy to add fees.

You hear the birds singing and the waves crashing, you see the well-landscaped property with the Caribbean Sea behind it and feel the warm glowing sun... All the things that happen the second you open your apartment door at Beach Club Guest House. The people there were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean. Some would say the neighborhood was less-than-desirable, but I thought it was truly charming. It reminds me of any other Latin American country if you wander away from your all-inclusive resort. It didn't feel unsafe to me at all. My only complaint was the planes got a little loud at times, but they were infrequent and I didn't hear any overnight... I would definitely stay again. I only wish I stayed longer!
