To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio inside the home. This side-by-side duplex shares a wall with the neighbor's home. Our neighbors have young children. Because of this, this is not a home for partying, loud music, or late nights. Any parties will promptly be reported and shut down. Please do not disturb our neighbors.

Street parking is not 100% guaranteed, but is generally available. The garage is currently not available to guests. Additional street parking is available, but it is limited. We advise bringing a maximum of 2 cars.


For your safety, security cameras are installed outside the property, including:

✴An exterior camera monitoring the front yard and street parking.
✴A camera above the garage monitoring the driveway, garage door, and alley.
