Our room was filthy. There was white stuff dried on the bathroom counters, dirty dishes in the cupboard, chunks of white stuff all over the floors and the halls smelled like pee. I requested a wake up call and they never called. We had 1 pillow on a queen bed for 2 people. The dirtiness was the worst part.

Room had a broken microwave only one working electrical outlet in order to charge my phone i had to unplug the refrigerator there were redbull cans behind the refrigerator I reserved a studio room but did not get one the next day my price was raised almost 50$ and it was not worth it crappy place and staff doesnt take any pride in their work if you dont like people then.maybe customer service/hospitality isnt the job got you

This place was great, I needed something close to I-5 and the airport. It reminded me of a hotel I stayed at in Barcelona. The kitchen area (didn't need it) had everything you need to cook a meal. The bed was comfortable, I felt safe and the front desk staff was great. The hotel is old, so the interior hall ways and doors are beat up, but the rooms have been updated.

Building was old and reeked of cigarette smoke and so did the room, funny because it is a nonsmoking motel!!!! Way, way, way overpriced for the area and conditions! The whole front cover fell off of the AC unit in the room. Did I mention it smelled like a 1970's bowling alley's bar ashtray!!!!! Floors were dirty, sheets and towels had stains. I felt like I was staying in the Union Arms with a bunch of homeless people in downtown Seattle, only difference is their price reflects the quality! I'm surprised there was not bed bugs or that we didn't leave with herpes or something!!!!!!! I would never stay here again!!!

At check in the agent was not friendly, never smiled once and barely looked up. The room had hair in the bathroom and crumbs on the floor so didn't seem clean. The hot water in the shower didn’t work at all, and in the morning the housekeeper tried to reach their hand through the door to unlatch it, even though it was before checkout time and I was still getting ready.

Ugh. Unpleasant, could not wait to leave. Room and especially bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Some of the towels visibly dirty. Just yuck. I felt grimy even after a shower. Not cheap enough to make grossness tolerable.
Noteworthy: The person at check-in, Ava, was great though. Kind, friendly, efficient - she should get a raise AND be promoted. Also, it was quiet and we felt safe overall.

Very nice hotel. I like the kitchenette in it and the hotel has a swimming pool too. I stayed there before and I will stay there again. The only thing I didn't like about it was it didn't have a continental breakfast and the hotel shuttle wasn't available that day i checked out because it wasn't going to be available until 7am and I had a early morning flight that day.

Bed was filthy! Big yellow stain on sheets and all kinds of questionable particles all over the mattress. The bathroom was very dirty as well hair and boogers on the shower curtain

Staff was rude.. a lot of people sitting in their cars doing drugs. They will keep your deposit for any reason, and the studio is not very functional it was unpleasant to have no closet or dresser to put clothes in.

Terrible. No hot water and electricity. They didn't fix it when i asked. Tgey didn't accept my online payment and asek cash, i didn't have and they left me and other people at night on a street because of this. Zero empathy. Bad service

Terrible. Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. My key stopped working twice. The bathroom fan stank of cigarettes. Only half the entry doors worked to get into the building. Absolutely dismal overall. Massive waste of money.

Got a studio and the stove did not work. Also the shower was dirty along with the sink. Smelled like cigarettes. The person checking us in was great though!

Ava at the front desk was amazing. The check in line was at least 8 and she was the only one checking in guests. That said, she handled each guest with poise and professionalism. She should be working at the Ritz Carlton or another 5 star hotel, not Motel 6.
The rooms however were not very clean, specifically the floors were grimy and the windows were very dirty.
