House keeping needs some retraining mainly on floors im not gonna puck it apart (i own a cleaning company). But office staff was great location was great. Linens were clean and there was a little extra which was nice. Could have used a starter coffee pack

Great location on beach. Nice amenities. Might want to update/clarify amenities included in rental. Only toiletries provided was bar soap. Provided towels but no washclothes. No hairdryer in unit as stated. Overall, very enjoyable.

Great stay at St. Tropez! The property is well maintained and pet-friendly! Nice places to walk your pet for potty time and vacationers with pets were considerate and respectful with pet noise and clean up.

This location was perfect. We could easily get around O.C., BB, DB and Rehoboth. Dumsers (our favorite breakfast place) was not open for breakfast. But we decided next year, we'll bring our own and make it since we have a full kitchen. Had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your "home by the beach". Much appreciated!

This is my family’s go to spot for Xmas Xmas is great time to go because it’s quite and relaxing It’s our 3rd year at this location We enjoy the location very much The rooms are very roomy it’s like a home away from home very clean & well kept We enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and listening to the waves is awesome We would recommend this location to everyone we know Looking forward to going back next year

The location at 81st Street is very convenient. The beach is just steps away. We were on the 4th floor with a direct, unobstructed view of the ocean. This was fabulous and the best thing about the property. The property manager, Sara, was very, very nice and easy to work with. The amenities and furnishings were average. A TV in the master bedroom would be nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is just lovely. The views from the balcony off the living room and the master bedroom are amazing. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was just magical. We had a lovely stay.

Were given wrong key code to get into condo. We must’ve played around with it enough that we got in initially but got locked out on another day. Listing said wifi included. We wouldn’t have rented it without wifi. Well it didn’t work. I contacted mgmt the next day and they gave a different wifi to try which didn’t work then another and same thing. I was told sorry we are busy moving our offices, well that was not my fault. We had to pay for more data on our personal plan and pay for a hot spot. The next day I asked again and was told they finally had a technician looking at it. I asked if we would be reimbursed for our data and hotspot, never received an answer. We discovered later that day that the wifi was working but no one had notified us. Condo was clean and great location with great balcony. Reasonably priced for a winter stay but then we had the added cost of wifi/data we hadn’t planned on
