We checked out of this hotel. Staff was very helpful but the room was nasty

First of all, this is not an Extended Stay hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

Couldn’t find my reservation, then had to move twice because room was dirty!
Was also charged twice for one nights visit!
The room smelled strongly of mildew!
When call the property about the over charge they told me it wasn’t her problem to call my bank. Very unprofessional

The rooms are incredibly small and roaches in the room, on night stands on counter tops in bathroom and in the shower when about to shower.

The bedding in the room was literally wet from humidity. The ac filter needed changed and the room needed a good cleaning. Two police cars in the parking lot when I arrived. Tried to sleep in the chair for awhile but decided to just leave. You're better off staying in your car.

I got charged twice for this stay and when i called they didnt help much.
How csn they charge twice and not take responsibility and redund me.

We were greeted by a smiling woman at the front desk. Professional and helpful. The showers were hot, the air conditioning was cold. The price was low.

It wasn’t terrible but there were a couple roaches and the smell was slightly just. No bed bugs and the water in the shower got hot, it was decent to seep us over night until our next destination

The room that was initially given to me was completely disheveled. The security guard was very pleasant and gave me another room. The shower in the bathroom does not stop running and had to keep the door closed so I wouldn’t hear it.

Like the price and the night staff lady and the kitchenette didn't appreciate that the toilet overflowed so bad at 2 am that I had to turn water valve off after it quickly flooded the whole floor and then didn't even get an offer to stay for another night or at the very least to move to a clean dry room for the early morning hours until checkout!?
