Our stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex accommodates up to 10 guests and is just 3 minutes from downtown's top attractions. With over 1,800 square feet of indoor space and multiple outdoor areas to congregate, there's ample room to relax year-round. Guest Access:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive a custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. • Check-in is after 4:00 pm
• Check-out is before 10:00 am
• This unit is pet friendly for up to 1 dog. Please message us with the breed and size that will be staying with you prior to booking and we will send you the amount due for the pet fee
• Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash by placing it in the trash can outside
