The space
A deceiving large townhouse, well proportioned over three floors and having recently been re-decorated.

Ground Floor

- Front door leads into generous entrance hall
- Utility room with fitted high and low level units, and washing machine
- Downstairs WC/cloakroom
- Open plan, well-equipped kitchen
- Large dining table with seating for up to 6, mix of chairs and bench seating
- Separate living room, with comfortable seating, TV unit and TV, coffee table

First Floor

- Bedroom with King bed, beside tables, built-in wardrobes, dressing table and end en-suite bathroom (shower, WC, sink)
- Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, build-in wardrobes
- Family bathroom (bath with shower over, WC, sink)

Outside

- Driveway parking for two small cars, or one large car (the access is quite tight)
- Bin store off driveway

I won't be around in person during your stay, however, I have help managing my property, with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
Second Floor

- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

Check In / Check out

Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
