I had to book this hotel as an emergency. It was exactly as previous reviews. It needs cosmetic improvements mostly in bathrooms, not than clean, some mold in the shower but I felt safe I won’t recommend it.

I have been staying here when I travel to Brazil since 1993 and I love it! Breakfast is amazing, and the staff is wonderful! They are polite, courteous and helpful. Especially Cecilia. She always smiles.

They are so nice at this hotel. We could check in early and out three hours late without charging extra for that favour. The breakfastis good and the location just in front of the square. Nothing to complain about at all.

Our two days in Belem staying in the hotel was great it is central to many interesting places. It is safe walking from there to the Teatro. The room is clean with a little sitting area. Nice shower. We could have a late check out before going to the airport. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly.
