A beautiful apartment in a pretty seaside village in a central position with a variety of excellent shops, pubs and restaurants. When staying here, you can enjoy quick access to the South West Coast Path, a gateway to many wonderful walking, cycling and horse-riding opportunities. Woolacombe Beach, named as one of the UK’s best beaches, is only 400 metres from the apartment; this 3-mile sandy beach appealing to surfers and families alike. Take a day trip to Ilfracombe (4 miles) to explore the unusual Tunnels Beaches, check out the aquarium, or scuba dive with the seals at Lundy Beach. Cyclists will love the famous Tarka trail – the UK’s longest, traffic-free cycle path passing tearooms, pubs and stunning views.
As you arrive at the car park, you will park in your allocated space before proceeding to your elegant 3rd-floor apartment. Walking through the hallway, you will find the open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen with its beautiful sumptuous sofa and chair, making this a charming place to spend with family and friends. After a day's adventure, enjoy your favourite movie on the Smart TV or just open the patio doors and relax with a beverage on the balcony. The stylish kitchen offers everything you need to enjoy cooking meals together and dining in. The apartment has two bedrooms, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC and a further twin room with zip-and-link beds (can be made into a king-size on request). Completing this delightful apartment is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.
Outside there is a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a refreshing beverage after a day of exploring.
