Spread out in the large living room with a leather reclining couch, two separate leather recliners a large screen tv, or gather the family on the large balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico.

The condo does include 1 spot inside the parking garage, and plenty of parking for guests.

There is so much to do in the Tampa Bay Area and surrounding! Condominium rules only allow a minimum stay of three months.
