Beautiful new location right near the square & the lake. Great spot for a reunion football weekend. Valet service made life so easy & the gentleman working there were great. Breakfast was amazing & bar service was a bonus. Wonderful service for a busy weekend. Cheers to your amazing staff & amenities!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Wish they had their own parking garage. Valet is $35/night. We parked at a lot on Wilson Street and paid $27 for 2 nights.

My stay was amazing. Gym was great to use and my suite was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Exactly what I needed.

Didn’t hate it, but wasn’t really impressed either. Parking was a big issue, for sure. I don’t care for the room layout at all. Breakfast was good, but a very chaotic setup. Hard to beat the convenience of the location, though. Just not sure I would stay here again.

Awesome new hotel in the heart of Madison

We took a quick trip to Madison this week and loved the walkable area around the hotel, the amazing staff, happy hour and cleanliness. Will stay again!

Great location! The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The only downside was that the room wasn’t ready until an hour after check-in.

Nice new hotel and great location. Only problem was the lights in the room kept turning off. I could not get the lights to turn back on. Front desk said it was occupancy sensor to save energy and be eco friendly. It sucked.

We unfortunately were there for a romantic birthday get away, during which the Crowd Strike “event” occurred. Seriously the poor staff. Despite opening only 4 weeks earlier I actually heard an employee on night shift (night after Crowd Strike and I had been trying to check in 2 times earlier that day but was happy to comeback) say “it could have been worse”. Kudos rose colored glasses woman! After waiting in the bar for over an hour not knowing if the “romance” would have to wait until tomorrow or if we could “finish” the evening… we got a room. Not the King we requested but we did not have to move hotels, or drive home. Bonus the night manager gave us a free future stay. The hotel was beautiful, location amazing, staff super positive and upstanding. Will definitely be back, with or without the free night.

The room was nice, we had a dog on our floor that kept barking. The light on the smoke detector flashed every 30 seconds and was very bright at night.

Nice new property. Breakfast needs a little work. Omlettes were not fully cooked- raw egg and not edible. Rest of breakfast was great. Facility is clean and new.
