Room was lovely; spacious and clean. The hotel decor is a little dated, but well maintained and stylish. Very conveniently located in Windsor, close to castle, shops and restaurants. Check-in took some time because my booking was not on the hotel's system.

Everything about this hotel is bad would advise no one to book here. Unclean , bad customer service , shocking and hotels.com are no better

I booked a twin room but was given a double room. So I told the staff at the reception desk and Haroon immediately sent a female staff to check a clean twin room in exchange for the wrongly assigned double room. So the fault was rectified instantly and the room was very clean too. A lady staff, Ash, was very helpful and informed me that if I needed extra things (like sachets of coffee and tea, body gel, etc) I could let her know and she would attend to me right away. The TV wasn't working at first, so she contacted a technician to sort out the matter for me. Ash is diligent, attentive to details, and her customer service was excellent!

Myself and wife felt let down with this booking considering what we paid for the room, the room it’s self was spacious however cleanliness could do with being improved, the decoration was tired, the room key didn’t work, we could only use one channel on the television so robot wars it was ( remote control was broken and no buttons on the tv ) considering the hotel is viewed as 4 star I was expecting more than what was offered

Booked 2 rooms, 1 was missing the TV and the other reeked of smoke so that was a bad start. Allocated upgraded room. Still far from luxury,bath stained and hair in it and plug faulty so didn't hold water. Not warm, someone's plaster stuck to floor. WiFi wasn't great on 3rd floor

Pleasant and helpful staff. Fantastic castle view from my room. Perhaps a bit shabby chic, but very clean. I am delighted that I chose this historic spot

Unfortunately 1 night only stay did not go as planned. Booking made for luxury room with castle view for 2 adults and 2 children, due to overbooking we got double room with courtyard view. Not acceptable as it was 4 of us. After complaint made, room was changed for bigger one to accommodate 1 single bed. Although we had been promised refund, no one came back to us with any answer. Despite number of messages sent. This is not something you want to deal with if you are staying for 1 night only. I am really disappointed with customer service level.
