Spanning 2,500 sq ft, this haven offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a sea-view kitchen, a cozy kitchenette, and spacious living area. Enhance your stay with our provided kayaks and paddle boards, perfect for exploring the serene waters! Only minutes away from golf course and grocery stores and 20 minutes away from Deception Pass.

This beachfront house features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a newly remodeled full kitchen with a 360 degree water view, a kitchenette, 2 spacious living area, providing enough space for families and groups, which can be used at 2 units or as a whole house.

New appliances and smart home devices are also equipped in this house for better stay experience. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunrise/sunset! We also provided kayaks and paddle boards for your entertainment once you sign the water sports waiver. Additionally, we also have an EV charger on site for you if you are driving an electric car. To access the beach, please use the public entry point 1 minute away from the house in the north.

1.【No Parties or Events】
We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or events during your stay. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests and our neighbors, we have security systems and outside surveillance cameras that may detect noise and motion. Airbnb's policy mandates that we force evacuating party groups. Please note that a fine of $300 will be charged for any violations of this rule.

2.【Quiet Hours 10 PM-8 AM】
To respect our neighbors' peace and quiet, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. We strive to provide the most comfortable, clean, and well-maintained rental home for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation.

3.【No Smoking】
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking inside the house. If any signs of smoking are detected, a violation fee of $300 will be charged.

4.【No Animals】
As much as we love animals, unfortunately, our property is animal-free due to the homeowner's allergies to animal danders/hairs. We have received an exemption from Airbnb, and we kindly request that you refrain from bringing any animals with you during your stay. If an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5.【No Shoes】
We kindly request that you remove your shoes when entering the house to help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

6.【Self-Catering】
Please note that this is a self-catering home, and we will provide an initial starter supply, such as toilet paper. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early Check-in】
We understand that you may want to check-in early, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the early check-in availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival. We will approve early check-in requests on a case-by-case basis once we confirm with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date.

8.【No Late Check-out】
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out requests, as we usually have same-day check-ins, and our cleaning crew needs enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

9.【Lost and Found】
Please make sure to take all of your personal belongings with you before checking out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge a handling fee of $50 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

11. 【Extra guest fee】
Airbnb only allows to put maximum guest number as 16 guests. If you have more than 16 guests, please be noted that we will charge extra guest fees for $25 per extra guest/per night to cover accommodation cost. For example, if you have 18 guests and you are staying with us for 5 nights, you will need to pay $25*2 extra guests*5 nights=$250.

12. 【Water Sports Waiver】
To enhance your stay, we offer complimentary water sports equipment such as kayaks and paddle boards, which are stored in the garage for your convenience. Please feel free to use them during your stay. However, it's important to understand that by using these equipment, you assume full responsibility for any risks involved. If you're the one who make the reservation, please be aware that you're accountable for ensuring ALL members of your group who wish to participate review and sign the waiver provided below before using the equipment. If anyone in your group encounters risks without signing the waiver, you'll be responsible for any accidents that happen. Please note that minors are NOT permitted to use the equipment.

13.【No trespassing or littering】
Please DON'T enter neighbors's lot. Please DON'T walk on bulkhead, which may case damages to the structure. DON'T jump from the bulkhead.
