En transit avant safari. Bien situé dans vielle ville. Quartier très très typique et pas forcément attrayant de premier abord. Aucun souci de sécurité. Excellent petit-déjeuner sur le toit terrasse. Gardien hyper réactif et très aidant dans nos recherches de taxi, restau.. . Eau chaude et climatisation au top

Attention les tarifs sont plus que doublés si on ne réserve pas en ligne !! avec une chambre moins clean.

Room was very dirty, air conditioning not working and was very hot inside the room, very uncomfortable to stay inside. Staff not friendly.

Good location, right in the heart of Dar Es Salaam. Nice breakfast included in the room price, including freshly made eggs to order. Air conditioning, fans and cable television in both of our rooms. Rooms were freshly cleaned before our arrival. Free wi-fi available throughout the property. Nice hot water in both rooms. The guard on the entrance in the evenings was really friendly and approachable.

The bathrooms were small and dated. The twin room's bathroom had very little space to sit on the toilet and the bedside table was broken. The showers were rusty and needed replacing. The cable TV was set up randomly, and channels differed wildly between both rooms and some didn't work at all. The king room reeked of cigarette smoke and the smoke alarm had been removed. The smell wasn't notable at first, due to the cleaning, but seeped into our clothes and hair, and has permeated the wooden features of the room as well where it is most noticeable. Breakfast is served on a lovely terrace, but the furniture is dirty, stained and worn due to the outside nature of the restaurant. Beds were okay but not the most comfortable, blankets were stained and worn.

The Room was comfortable and clean, the team is very welcoming, I have met in person the owner whom was very humble and talk to everyone, I really appreciate.

Breakfast item selection was ok

First I was given a room which smelled very bad. I am not sure what kind of stuff they smoked in there. Then I was moved to a three bedroom room and very uncomfortable. In the morning I was told that the room was not going to be available for me so I was moved to another room which was very dirty and which people from the streets can see me inside.

Clean room with good aircon in a good location. Lots of restaurants and ships nearby

Breakfast was a little bland and had to ask for eggs otherwise you would miss out
