Single cup coffee maker (K-cup provided), mini tea kettle (assorted hot teas provided), plates, silverware, coffee cups, small pot, small pan, cutting board, basic cooking utensils, salt,pepper sugar Splenda, coffee cream all provided to make a quick simple meal. The dinette table turns into a single bed perfect for a teen/child. Plenty of room for a weekly staycation or a quick weekend getaway. You will have access to 1/4 of the acre with privacy but may hear slight dog barking.
