Staff was very kind and helpful. Easy access to ski area with a ski locker across street from hotel. Directly placed in center of town. Parking is a bit challenging, but once parked, there is really no need to access a car as the village is easily walkable.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was impeccable the location amazing and the comfort was incredible. Look no further! This is the hotel you want to be staying at. We loved every minute we were there. Breakfast is incredible as well. We have just completed traveling through Six countries in Europe. This was our very favorite hotel. They made it feel like we were at home. The staff is the best we have seen.

We loved our stay. Hotel was right in the centre of the village and the view from our window was amazing. Super comfortable bed and loved the sunflower shower. Would definitely stay there again! Highly reccommended

The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Friendly as can be, comfortably speaking a multitude of languages. Location was ideal, and the room was a wonderful oasis following a long day of skiing.

Totally geared up for skiers - standard double room was a good size with plenty of storage, wall hooks & drying facilities. Short walk to one of the main entry points to the system & near enough ski in facility when returning.

It's a pity that in the end I didn't stay at marmore due to some system error they had to put me in another hotel. I appreciate a lot to Sara that she was very friendly ,patient with me ,and making sure that i'm happy with the new arrangement. I will definiteky come back to cervinia again and will choose again marmore

The room was very small for 3 people. No space to move. But everything in the room is new and clean. During dinner they did not has enough food. Unbelievable. Not enough even for a child. Also we have payed for dinner (HB ), we had to go to eat outside. Breakfast is good. The heaters in the room worked only on the first day. The TV has only Italian channels without even one channel with music or in English. Also, the TV have blocked the option to attach our USB stick so we could not hear our music or see our movies. So be ready for a silent vacation... no music, no movies in English. The location is great close to the chair lift. We will choose another hotel next time.

We had a fantastic week at hotel Marmore. We are planning our return already! The service and care was superb, with every member of staff contributing to make our stay so comfortable, from our arrival to our reluctant departure. We had half board, with varied and healthy (and indulgent) food options for breakfast and in the evening, with the restaurant staff always happy, attentive and professional in their approach. The rooms are comfortable, clean with excellent facilities. We were lucky enough to have a fantastic view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Our children were made to feel welcome and valued members of the group, which made a special time for everyone. Like us, they were sad to leave and are desperate to return before too long. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of the town, with excellent access to the summer ski area, golf course and shopping areas. There is plenty to do in Cervinia, with us engaging in a host of activities in the week - road biking, running, summer skiing, mountain biking, hiking and golf! From the moment we walked in to the time we left the experience was just incredible. The staff were all so friendly and at all times had beaming smiles on their faces which just put you in a fantastic mood! Our room was very spacious and modern, pretty much brand new and ever so clean. The restaurant and food was amazing and we ate like Kings all week! The location was perfect too... right in the middle of the village only a few mins walk to the lifts. Will definitely stay here again, it was awesome!

Location great. Staff really nice and helpful. Very good breakfast . Rooms very small but nicely decorated and clean. No storage for skies. Nice bar area. The restaurant only has a set menu for evenings. No ala carte.

We cannot understand why this is only rated 3* Everything about the hotel couldn't be better. The management were attentive, (big thanks to Eddy); the staff were happy, engaged and helpful at every interaction. The facilities were suberb and the location for skiing couldn't be bettered. We skied back to the ski shop about 50m from the hotel and the Hotel even sorted out free ski lockers. If you want to ski Cervinia/Zermatt, I can't imagine you could find a better base. Thanks to all the Team at the Marmore; a really lovely week

Central location in the middle of town. Ski slopes started right around the corner. The staff at Marmore was amazing throughout the same. Would definitely choose the same hotel in Cervinia again.
