Bay Street Blue will soon become your home away from home. Nestled across the street from Little Bay de Noc and at the top of Ludington Park, you will enjoy luxurious accommodations and stunning views. Our community of Escanaba will provide much to do and see, but it is also within 90 miles of many UP attractions like Pictured Rocks National Park and many lighthouses and waterfalls. With room to spread out and open areas to gather together, you'll leave feeling refreshed as well as reconnected.
Built in 1890, this home has seen Escanaba through it all! This home was fully renovated last year.

The spacious deck with shaded and full sun areas will be a favorite spot to enjoy colorful sunrises and hear live music from the bandshell just down the hill. You'll find many areas inside to gather together or private spots to read or catch up on work.

The top floor has a loft-like feel and is accessed by a spiral staircase. You'll find two comfortable full sized beds and enjoy lake views.

The main floor has two separate seating areas with picture windows facing the bay. The 85 inch QLED TV is perfect for movie night or to watch the big game. This floor is open concept and also includes the dining room, kitchen, coffee bar and dedicated workspace. The bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower.

Downstairs, you will enjoy another media area with a 77 inch OLED TV and gaming system. Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed, have ample space to get away and recharge. The bathroom has a soaking tub. The laundry area has a full size vanity and sink, a washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron.

We are just a short distance from lake/bay access. We are not directly on the water but we border Ludington Park which has many access points to the water for kayaks, canoes and paddle boats as well as rental spots at the Marina one mile down the road.

We will have welcome snacks and a case of bottled water for you as well as tea, hot cocoa, coffee supplies and travel cups. You will find typical spices in the cabinet to the right of the stove. We will provide foil, plastic wrap, storage containers and paper products.

You'll have full access to the entire property including the private driveway, yard space and wrap around deck. Yard games are yours to enjoy. Your group will be the only guests during your stay.

We have books from local authors and many more about the Upper Peninsula area. The televisions are loaded with entertainment platforms or you can sign into your own.

Puzzles, games and activities are provided to keep you entertained regardless of the weather!

We live nearby so I will be quick to personally answer any questions or handle any situation that may arise.

On Monday evening, you may see me run over to take the trash can to the road for city pickup!

This home is located in the historical residential area of Lake Shore Drive. We do ask for consideration of our neighbors from 10pm to 8am. The evenings are lively, in the summer especially.

Bring your bikes, skates or scooters to enjoy the paths around Ludington Park. Bring your skis or snowshoes in the winter to partake in the groomed trails!

Bikes are available for rent at the Marina in Ludington Park . Visit the Sand Point Lighthouse and Delta County Historical Museum.

Enjoy the disc golf course down at the park. We have a set of discs for you to use. We have a corn hole set and pickle ball equipment for you to enjoy.

The Delta County airport is only 3 miles away with rental cars available.

Escanaba has a local brewery, fabulous coffee roastery, two wineries and a nearby casino. There are many wonderful restaurants and bars. (Ask for recommendations if you'd like!) Festivals down at the park go on throughout the summer.
